SunDay is an app that lets you scan the solar UV strength with the device's camera, get calculations on how much time you can spend in direct sunlight in order to get a healthy amount of natural Vitamin D and avoid skin damage.

As a part of a startup team, I helped navigate a major pivot in the product functionality and design, as well as pitched the idea to investors and presented at startup competitions.

Co-founded an agency focusing on design, strategy, and development consultancy for early-stage products.

Leading a cross-funtional and multi-platform mobile development team, in making B2C user-centric applications in the field of cryptocurrency and blockchain media.

Achievement: iOS/Android apps reached a combined monthly active audience of 100K users. Customer satisfaction: 4.8 (App Store) and 4.76 (GP) rating.

Product manager: Social

Leading and communicating product strategy, vision and functional requirements to a cross-functional team consisting of iOS, Android and backend developers, UI/X designers, QA engineers, etc.

Developed concepts and launched following key features:

- Remixit: a collaborative image editing experience. http://www.digitaltrends.com/photography/picsart-adds-remix-chat/

- Algorithmic feed: with a goal of improving average time spent in the feed (main monetization source - ads were integrated only here) reimagining the feed from a strictly chronological one to algorithmic, using machine learning and neural nets delivering content most relevant to the individual user. As a result avg. time on page increased from less then 0.5 minute to 1.10

- Similar images: made accessible for the user our in-house developed image detection and computer vision algorithms that fetch strikingly similar images to the one on display. The goal behind the feature was to deliver more relevant content and increase image views / interactions.

- User Profile redesign: in an attempt to improve user generated content creation and sharing, redesigned the profile page in order to make it more inviting to build an online "portfolio". Due to lack of data experiment was rendered inefficient, however some major usability improvements were made.

Among the individual achievements was coming up with an initiative of documenting the user generated feedback and requests, subsequently organizing it into a dynamic data set that would enable to analyze ongoing user trends and shifting demands.
